🇬🇧 Return Policy – Zad Market
1 – If products are damaged or do not match the description provided on the website, the customer has the right to return the order in full or in part and receive a refund.
2 – If the order is returned in full or in part without sufficient reasons (such as the product being damaged or not matching the website description), the customer will bear the return shipping costs and any applicable transfer fees.
3 – The return period is fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. No return requests will be accepted in full or in part after this period.
4 – The customer must return the products in good, clean condition and in the original packaging.
5 – Seeds and nuts cannot be returned, except in cases of expiration date or factory damage.
7 – For seeds and nuts, the customer has the right to request compensation if the items have absorbed moisture or contain any defect from the source, within one (1) day of receiving the order.
8 – The seller is only responsible for items that are missing, damaged before delivery, or not matching the description on the website. The customer must inspect the products within 48 hours of receipt; after this period, no claims for compensation will be accepted.
Return without giving a reason:
Customers have the right to return the order, whether damaged or not, within 14 days from the date of the order, under the following conditions:

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, and products can be returned using the method the customer prefers.

The order value or the returned items will be refunded upon receipt within 14 days at the company’s address.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Shipping fees, if paid, are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for return.

If the manufacturer is responsible for the defect, our responsibility is limited to a refund or replacement of the product.
